Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Please note that you will be charged a restocking fee of GBP£2 for cancelling the order after 12 hours of your purchase as our bags are printed on demand.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that buyers are responsible for any import taxes or others (VAT etc.) which may be charged depending on your country and they are not included into the price and shipping fee.

Remote Outlying islands/regions will have an additional flat rate shipping charge of GBP£20. 

Do note that the shipping time are estimated and are not subjected to customs delay, or any delays due to the ongoing pandemic, festive seasons etc.
